Returns and Replacements

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than the following:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered

If your order falls under one of these exceptions, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs or a short video showing the defect/damage

Important Guidelines

  • Do not accept packages that appear damaged or tampered with. Please return such parcels to the delivery person immediately.
  • All concerns regarding damage, defects, or incorrect items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
  • Items purchased under clearance sales or from the offers section are final sale and cannot be returned or replaced.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed in cases where:

  • A replacement product is not available
  • The product has been authorized for return by our team

Refund Process:

  1. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our after-sales team.
  2. Once approved, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method.
  3. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 15 working days, subject to your bank or payment gateway’s processing timeline.

Note: Products returned without prior Return Authorization will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.
